By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or using any part of the GreetingGrams service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.
Description of Service
GreetingGrams is a service that allows you to create personalized greeting cards with photos and videos, which are then printed and mailed to recipients. Each card includes a unique QR code that recipients can scan to view your video message.
User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Token System
GreetingGrams uses a token-based system. Each card you send requires one token. Tokens are purchased in packages and do not expire. All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Tokens are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who purchased them.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GreetingGrams, including photos, videos, and card designs. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our service.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Contains viruses or malicious code
Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
Prices for token packages are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any package without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
We partner with shipping providers to deliver your GreetingGrams. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt our service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Intellectual Property
The GreetingGrams service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by GreetingGrams and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service without our written permission.
