How do I create a GreetingGram?
Creating a GreetingGram is easy! Start by creating an event in the Event Studio, then design your card with photos and attach a video message. Once you're happy with your creation, we'll generate a QR code card and handle the physical mailing for you.
How does the QR code work?
Each GreetingGram comes with a unique QR code printed on the card. When your recipient scans the code with their smartphone, they'll be taken to a secure viewing page where they can watch your video message. The QR code is unique and can only be accessed once, ensuring your message remains private.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, cards are printed and shipped within 2-3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3-7 business days depending on the destination. You can track your order status in your dashboard.
What video formats are supported?
We support most common video formats including MP4, MOV, and WebM. For best results, we recommend recording in MP4 format with a resolution of 1080p or lower. Videos should be under 100MB in size.
How do tokens work?
Tokens are used to send GreetingGrams. Each card you send requires one token. You can purchase tokens in packages, and unused tokens never expire. This token-based system ensures you only pay for what you send.
Is my video secure?
Yes! All videos are encrypted and stored securely. Each QR code is unique and can only be accessed once, ensuring your message remains private. We take your privacy and security seriously.
